etsy stats

I have come to the conclusion that I am hopelessly addicted to checking my etsy store stats.

hi, my name is Jannah and I am an stats addict.

After launching the store a couple of weeks ago I have been on the production path, trying to make at least a couple of each clip so that if it gets sold I will be able to re-list it right away, but I just cant help myself when it comes to tracking who has visited my store, where from and who likes what they see.

It is so cool that etsy provides such great tracking information about your store, I especially love the keyword tracking where it shows you what keywords people are using that sends them to your product  - this allows you to add the most popular search keywords to your items so they will have a higher chance of being found. It is also cool for experimenting with new keywords that you think might get the people flocking to your items, hours of fun!

To my surpriseI logged into my account this morning and saw that I had gotten over 6o extra views in one night (I know this does not seem high for all you experienced etsy sellers, but it was thrilling for me) and I saw that the traffic was coming from a treasury that I created that was featured on the home page -woot! I created it using shmetsy’s AWESOMELY EASY treasury creation tool, which allow you to create and add items to a treasure with ease.  If you are a fan of making etsy treasuries and have not discovered this tool, go get it now!
